The Kisumu Neurosurgery symposium is an annual event in Kisumu, Kenya that began in 2019. The Symposium was founded by Dr. Victor Awuor, a native of Kisumu who works as a neurosurgeon in Columbus, Ohio.

The Kisumu Neurosurgery Symposium hopes to facilitate neurosurgical education in Kisumu, an area underserved in neurosurgical care, and provide an opportunity for physicians and others from Kenya and abroad to meet and share their knowledge and experience.
